MIGO Issue with 105 mvt. type

Hi,

 

We create a material document w.r.t. PO against mvt. type 103 (thru MIGO tcode).

 

Now we are processing MIGO for mvt. type 105 w.r.t. 103 material document...system showing an information

Selected material document does not correspond with action to be executed

Message no. MIGO067

 

Please guide.


Why movement type 653 checked deactivate qm inspection?

Dear Expert,

 

I would like to create a new sales return movement type 953 copy from 653 without creating inspection lot.

I check the IMG setting of movement 653, and find deactivate QM inspection already checked.

When i post the return stock with 953 or 653, the system still create a return inspection lot for inspection type 06.

 

The help say if you check the deactivate QM inspection then there is no inspection lot create, but it's not true.

 

Could anyone tell me why?

Dear all,

 

I have gone through the sdn site related to this topic. but didnt get any useful input.

 

We have material stock with batches. how i can get Inspection lot automatically after every 15 days, but i dont want to distrub current setting use for material.

 

Setting which i did is - Material Master - Inspection type 09

                                  Inspection Plan - Assign

Batch creation date is 26.06.2013. When run QA07, system is giving --No batches have been found for processing

Message no. QV509

 

Kindly Guide, how to map this...

Hi QM'ers.

 

Our business wants to start using batch status managment and have the ability to block batches that have expired. Problem is I cannot seem to get QA07 to do anything for me... I just get the dreaded "No batches have been found for processing"

 

I have some test data setup:

 

Material with QM view, Inspection type 09 with material spec, Inspection interval is 10 days.

I have set up a simple material spec

I have recieved some batches that had a short shelf life and have now expired.

 

I run QA07 with the "Block batch" setting to change the batch status and ..... nothing happens "No batches have been found for processing"

 

 

Where am I going wrong here?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

is it possible to remove sampling procedure from plan? I want no samples while a lot is generated from in process. I am unable to find out a way. So is it like sampling is mandatory?

CL_CU_DRAWING_AREA only Display the Title

Hello,

 

I want to only display the Gaphic-Title, but the legend is also displayed.

 

How can I disabled the legend?

 

This is my Code:

Dear Forum

 

I have made certain changes in in QS41 for  following notification.

 

  1. InternalProblem Notification - Z3
  2. Vendor Notification  - ZV

 

On saving in development client 210, notification is saved successfully. However on transport config to client 220 in development box, following warning message stopping to save notification.

 

Message no. IW464 - Field 'Delivery item' must still be filled.

 

 

This is an show stopper moving further to quality box.

 

Could you please suugest your input to resolve this?

 

NOTE: Please refer to snapshots for details attached.

What is the delivery category in QM info record for SD?

Dear Experts,

 

Does anyone know what is the delivery category in QM info record for SD?

 

I would like to use the inspection type 10111 for customer A0001 delivery inspection, and others use the default inspection type 10.

But I don't konw how to maintain the delivery category in QM info record for SD and the meaning of delivery category in QM info record.

 

I need help to change the delivery inspection type for specific customer.

Task Release not allowed in Quality Notification (Error: IM260)

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to test a security role for my Quality Notification and trying to release the task for items.

 

The current Task Status: TSOS and User Status: INIT. When I try to release the task the system gives error "Status not allowed"

 

Description of the problem:

Message no: IM260

 

Diagnosis:

This refers to an error in central status management

 

Procedure:

Please refer to your system administrator

 

When I try to release the task in Development client it works fine, the issues only arises for the role testing.

 

I checked all my configuration looks fine. The basis guy says the issue might be with configuration and the SU53 results are bogus.

 

Any help in resolving the issue will help me greatly.

 

Further, I also checked other similar post in the community but it did not help me solve the issue.

Quality stock to Unrestricted Use through Purchase Order

Hi Experts

 

I need small clarification like, in QM view i am activating the field post to inspection Stock. I created Purchase Order with 100 line items and when i do MIGO all the line item materials will moves to quality stock.So, i gave material to third party for quality analysis.When i receive all the materials from third party? I want to move all the materials to unrestricted use with reference to PO (QM Module is not implemented).

I can do it with 321 movement type for all materials.But,i want to move with reference to PO.


How i can achive it?

Realistic settlement of quantities used for sampling and inspection

Dear all

 

When we retrieve a sample during in-process inspections, we simply settle those quantities with the yield of the process order. But in the rest of the cases, the samples retrieved are obtained even from finished products. Unluckily these are not small flasks, but bags of several kilograms. As you can imagine, some kilos here and there and if you do not book it, the inspection lot quantities feed the sales ATP, and this feeds the batch determination, then the delivery note, then the transport freight, and the customer receives quantities that are not realistic, because he is missing some kilos.

 

 

In the past, there was a monthly transfer posting to a cost center related to sampling. Now the business does not want to proceed like this. Which other solution could be proposed? The business goal is to be realistic with the booking and posting of the quantities used during sampling and inspection. If we used 12, good, we post 12. Now they remove these quantities but it goes to the customer with some kilos less.

 

 

A monthly posting of this differences will not be used. For each inspection lot, they should be able to post quantities used in sampling and inspection. This is even more when they have doubts and they have to pull several samples for a single inspection.

Split inspection lot

Hi All,

Do someone know (and how), if its possible to split an inspection lot.

 

We don't know at GR if we are going to need 2 inspection lot, 3 or 1. So we would like to generate 1 at the moment of GR and the split it.

 

Example:

 

Purchase Order 100 un. GR 100 un >> Create Inspection lot for 50 un (Inspect. Lot 1000100). WITHOUT doing any UD, we will like to split that 1000100 inspection lot, into 3 different once (Example: Inspection lot 1000101 - Qty. 20, 1000102 - Qty. 20  and 1000103 Qty. 10 ).

(Inspection Lot) Dynamic Modification Rule for Production Order

Hi all,

 

I'm actually working on inspection lot for production Order (inprocess). I'm only interessed by the computation of the dynamic sample size for the production order: For example If the material is controlled 5 times without problem, he goes to reduced inspection ... .

 

Thanks to your forum and tutorial like this one , i have already understand lot of things. Howerver, i found nothing for a sample procedure with dynamic modification rule.

 

To rich my goal i have to :

-MM02: quality management , assign inspection type Y03

-QS21 : create a Master Inspection Characteristic (in my case a qualitative: Accepted/rejected)

-QDV: Create a sampling procedure. As i want my sampling procedure to be dynamic , i have to link it with a sampling scheme (QDP1) and a dynamic modification rule (QDR1).

-CA02: modify the routin of the material. modify control key of operation "inspection" to YP04 and assign my MIC and my sampling procedure to this operation.

-coois: release my production order. Insp. lot create automaticly.

-QA32: Save the result in usage decision. ( i dont want to create Quality Notification even if there is a non conformity), so i record nothing in "Results".

 

 

My question is very simple : Will it work ?

Is it possible to have dynamic rule for production order? Do i need a inspection plan ?

stock Transfer From quality to Unrestricted with out Reference to PO. ?

Hi Gurus,

 

Our Client has a newly Started a QM process that They are taking The Customer Returned Stock and Posting Into Quality Stock . They are Not activated Quality management For FG Materials. means NO FG item is QM Active.

 

They will Do all the Quality Process (Inspection.result Recording,ud) in Non sap Process. based on the Quality Department Feed back They will post the Stock from Quality to Unrestricted.

 

when we try to post the stock from Unrestricted to Quality system is asking for Purchase order as Mandatory, can anybody let me Know How We can post the Stock From Quality to unrestricted.

inspection lot not generated for lot origin 08

Dear All,

 

I had activated inspection type JP08 (copy of 08). but when I posted stock from one storage location to other no lot were generated. I have checked following in SPRO - Maintain Inspection Types, Maintain Inspection Lot Origins and Assign Inspection Types setting and found it to be ok. Can any suggest where I may have mis-stepped.

Enhancement QQMA0014 is not called when defects recording is saved

Hi all,

 

I put a break point in the enhancement QQMA0014, when I save the quality notification in QM01, the debug session is opened. however, when I activate notification from defects recording(Transaction QF01), the enhancement is not called up. I have checked the quality notification, nothing is different from those created manually by QM01.

The documentation of Enhancement QQMA0014 says: "Whenever you call the Save function in the notification transaction, a

subroutine is run. The customer exit is called up from this subroutine."

 

Please kindly share your thoughts on this issue.

How to capture 100% data in SAP System for Traceability

Hi SAP Experts,

 

For Lead Acid Batteries Manufacturing Company,  we want to capture ECV ( End Circuit Voltage ) & OCV ( Open Circuit Voltage )

of all SFG Batteries with their assembly Serial Numbers. 100 % data entry in SAP.

 

i.e :-   Battery Assembly Serial Number + ECV Value of that battery + OCV Value of that battery

 

So that during any complaint regarding ECV & OCV from marketing  , we could track ECV & OCV Value of that particular battery

from SAP System by its Assembly serial number.

 

Means :-  what was the ECV & OCV Value after assembly & now what is the ECV & OCV Value after Complaint from Marketing.


E.g :- Traceability In SAP After Assembly


(1)   Battery 1                 Serial No :- 1234      ECV Value After Assembly  :- 11.23                        OCV Value After Assembly :-13.78


Market Complaint


                                     Serial No :- 1234       ECV Value After Matket Complaint  :- 9.67             OCV Value After Matket Complaint  :- 10.32


In above example we can trace out difference between ECV & OCV Values i.e :-  SAP data + Market Complaint.


So plz suggest in simple steps how to maintain same in SAP System.


Note :- I don't know configuration part in SAP so plz advise me simple steps.
