QE72 copy - paste range

QE72 copy paste range.png

 

We would like to use transaction QE72 for introducing our quality-results into the SAP-system.

It would be very useful if we could copy the date from the first column with one action into all of the columns to the right.

 

At this moment, the only option we see is to select our data  (the column marked yellow) with Crtl Y, crtl C  and then to click in every individual column of the blue selection and then paste the data.

 

Is there a possibility to select a range of columns to copy the selected data to?

Delivery Note No in 105 document after UD.

Dear Experts,

 

Good Day,

 

I have done MIGO-103 with mentioned delivery note and then do inspection in QM module after the UD system generate 105 doc but the delivery note no is not updated on 105 doc.

is there any possibility to enter delivery note no on UD screen or control by any field selection?

Error BS001 while create manual inspection lot

Hello All,

 

   When i try to create manual inspection lot with inspection type '89', system shows with error message as "No Status object is available for INL 0"

error code BS001, missing object is TM0000000001QL. I have searched in SCN, most of the thread suggested different SAP Notes, i have gone through that notes also but none of them it specific to this issue. This is an Raw material, i can able to create manual lot for other raw material/sfg/fg  with in the same plant. But, for a specific material facing with this error. Could you please share your suggestion

Retrieve batches without their characteristics fully maintained

Hello!! Good week!

 

 

I need to know for which batches we DO NOT have the characteristics maintained. For example; for which standard LOBM characteristics we have the field blank in the batches. For example, for which batches the char LOBM_SOMETHING is blank. These characteristics are from a batch class of class type 023. When in this report we find that these fields are blank, we can tell the business to maintain them.

 

We also use the BIC, but in the cockpit we do not have a report for this. I just would like to know which tables should I use to construct the infoset and which field should be the most suitable to do the outer join as I want to see the batch chars that are not maintained (blank)

Serial Number missing in MIGO

Hello,

 

I'm having an issue with serial number. In fact, when I do the transaction QA32, the material document is created. But when I check in MIGO, the serial number is missing.

 

I already checked the Work Scheduling in MM03. The serial number profile is well assigned.

I also checked QMSL procedure. The serial number usage is set to 03 (i.e. obligatory)

 

Grateful if someone could shed some light on which direction should I continue to investigate.

Inspection lot status is UD ICCO SPCO STUP but stock is in quality

Iam PP/MM consultant have basic idea in QM module, need your suggestion in resolving the issue.

I have a product which is struck in Quality stock for almost a year.Inspection lot created with inspection type S08 and status is UD ICCO SPCO STUP whereas stock is still lying in Quality. While checking in the previous posts I got to know with SAP note 48815 (Stock Inconsistencies between MM and QM can be resolved by creating a report as guided in the note).

Need your suggestion to resolve the issue.

Digital Signature in QM and Changing the Signatory Name

We would like to configure a digital signature for usage decisions. There are settings that can allow the signatory name to be changed when executing the digital signature.

 

At execution of a usage decision I am able to enter the username and password for a user who otherwise has no access to execute the usage decision. The user has no authorization for the usage decision code.

 

I am wondering if anyone can offer a business scenario whereby a user's name should be used as a signatory for a transaction they are prevented from using?

Notification stuck - close open signature process QM02

Hi all,

 

I am facing a problem with a notification which cannot be processed further. Opening the notification in QM02 brings a popup "Continue signature process for operation" (help on this: "you must close the open signature process for the business operation before you can further process the notification")

When continuing, another message is displayed. "The document to sign was changed since the last signature".

 

So if I understand this correctly I would need to start the signature process again because the notification has been changed. But I do not know how to do that. I cannot process this notification at all, all functions eg.In Process again, Give Approval etc. are not available, I can only display the notification.

 

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

(Inspection Lot) Dynamic Modification Rule for Production Order

Hi all,

 

I'm actually working on inspection lot for production Order (inprocess). I'm only interessed by the computation of the dynamic sample size for the production order: For example If the material is controlled 5 times without problem, he goes to reduced inspection ... .

 

Thanks to your forum and tutorial like this one , i have already understand lot of things. Howerver, i found nothing for a sample procedure with dynamic modification rule.

 

To rich my goal i have to :

-MM02: quality management , assign inspection type Y03

-QS21 : create a Master Inspection Characteristic (in my case a qualitative: Accepted/rejected)

-QDV: Create a sampling procedure. As i want my sampling procedure to be dynamic , i have to link it with a sampling scheme (QDP1) and a dynamic modification rule (QDR1).

-CA02: modify the routin of the material. modify control key of operation "inspection" to YP04 and assign my MIC and my sampling procedure to this operation.

-coois: release my production order. Insp. lot create automaticly.

-QA32: Save the result in usage decision. ( i dont want to create Quality Notification even if there is a non conformity), so i record nothing in "Results".

 

 

My question is very simple : Will it work ?

Is it possible to have dynamic rule for production order? Do i need a inspection plan ?

I did the register in the material master and I have the physical sample.

 

How can I release the physical sample to create the inspection lot 15?

 

Qpr5?  QPR2? Where I do?

Is there a standart SAP report that I can use to see my Inspection data results for a given plant, material number and day period, as such?

No source inspection required -QB151 message

Hi

 

While Using Tcode _QI07 for creating lot for a material - message  no source ispection required message is coming (QB151).

(No incoming inspections must be initiated at this point in time due to the purchase order situation)

 

I have this scenario -all relevant settingsfor source inspection  in the Qm view of material master has been done i.e. inspection setup activated with 0123 type inspection & relevant setting.

Further quality plan for source inspection done using Qp01

quality infor record has been created with inspection control - 0123- vendor source inspection & release date is more than delivery date as desired

 

On executing QI 07  for this matreial I was expecting a work ist for creation of inspection lot.

please suggest wat are the condition for this message QB151 -No incoming inspections must be initiated at this point in time due to the purchase order situation

Skip Lot using DMR

Hi,

 

My client has a requirement like there will be a material with "n" number of batches. There may be 30 characteristics attached to the material at plan. Now they want to skip the characteristics or vary the characteristics during inspection. I understand DMR is the option, applying which this can be done. But I am unable to understand that how to apply DMR to get the desired result.

 

For example Material M has following batches with varying MIC's:

1. MB1 (a q w e r t y---> characteristics or MIC's)

2. MB2 (a q w )

3. MB3 (q w e)

4. MB4 (a q w e r)

5. MB5 (e r t y)

6. MB6 (w e r t)

7. MB7 (a q w e r t)

 

Mentioned above is the scenario how  they want QA Plan to be configured.  Going through DMR I didn't understood what do we mean by stage. What is No. of inspections & new inspection stages in "OK" & "NOT OK".

No insp.Lot for 344 mvt.Type - 08 insp.type

Dear Gurus,

 

I am facing a small problem while practicing - 08 insp.type for 344 mvt.in IDES


Master Data Maintained:

 

a.Material-ROH

b.Insp.type-01&08 active and 'Post to Insp.stock' field tick for 2 insp.types.

c.Material extended to 0001,0002 sloc's.

 

Execution:

 

a.Created P.O,GR in 0001 sloc for 01 insp.;Insp.lot created

b.UD given as Accepted; posted qty in 'UR'  in 0001 SLOC.

c.Carried out stock transfer from 0001 sloc -U/R stock to 0002 Blocked stock thru MB1B.(stock posted to 0002 sloc 'blocked stck' without fail)

 

Problem:

 

a. Why?After posting thru MB1B ,no inspection lot created for stock transfer B/w SLOC 0001 & 0002.

 

Task done:

 

Verified "Up date control" for mvt type and

 

Deactivate mvt type for QI -- No mvt type 344 present in the list of mvts.

 

Plz guide me the solution.

MIC not listed while maintain Material specification

Hello All,

 

     I have already created MIC for a plant and it was assigned with catalogs. When i trying to create a material specification for an Material in QS61, none of the MIC is listed if i press F4. What was missing? What all are the settings need to be done? The purpose is we are trying to clear the existing QI stock which was created long back. Inspection lot was created with only CRTD status with the option 'Insp. with material Spec.'. If i want to clear this stock first i need to Release the inspection lot by assigning Material specification for that first i need to create material spec for the specific material. Could you please tell me what was the reason behind that system not listed none of the MIC in QS61? I'm unable to create MIC due to this. Could you please share your suggestion
