Out of 1000 he has taken UD for 560 qty. Now he wants to take ud for rest of the quantity.
Now UD reversal is not possible.
What will be the solution??

Hi Gurus,
In QA02, we maintain the description in short text and if the description is long it is maintained in the long text. Some portion of the long text is copied over to the short text.
The short text column is available in QA32 / QA33 report. Our requirement is to see the full long text in QA32 / QA33 report. How can this be achieved?

We have calibration inspection where inspection lots are generated for which RR and UD done and after that PM calibration orders are closed. Now due to some issue without doing RR they did UD for some inspection lots. Now they want to reverse UD then do RR and again UD.
How this can be done.

Hello,
I'm looking for a possibility to insert a characteristic in 1000 plans.
The new characteristic "B" is needed in every plan who has a characteric "A" yet. So it's no problem to find the relevant plans. But characteristic "A" is always in a different operation and has always a different Inspection plan characteristic number.
Whether the new characterist "B" is insert with Inspection plan characteristic number "777" that is free in any way or the more elegant solution would be that it gets the Inspection plan characteristic number directly after the characteristic "A".
Do you have an idea what could be a fast way to do this? It's not necessary that it works totaly automatic, but it shoul dnot take to much steps.

In QCC1 I setup 10 tabs.. but not all are shown in QM01.

I am stuck up at one point.We want to remove Vendor assigned from Number of Inspection plans having Multiple counters and multiple materials.It is not getting recorded in LSMW,as if I take criteria of Group number ,plant number and group conter then it may have mutile materials out of which some may have Vendors and some may not have.I was also trying to do by "CWBQM but not able to find vendor column so that I can change that in mass to blank.BDC will need further help from ABAPER .Pl advise in someway so that I can do same through CWBQM.

I have an issue in QM where i do GR against Purchase order and Inspection lot created.
My setting in the material master are QM view are
1. Inspection type - 01
2.Post to Insp. stock - Deactivated
3. Automatic Assignment - Activate
4. Automatic UD- Checked
5. Skip Allowed - Checked
6. Check Chrs- Checked
7. Control inslot- For Each Material, batch and SLOC
When i did GR Insp.lot created and material doc posted with 101 movement and posted the stock to unrestricted.
Now i see the system status of my lot as LTCA CHCR CTCM
and user status as - NSPO
For some reason I see the lot is cancelled.
My question here is
1. If lot is cancelled means the the STATUS SPRQ will not be displayed? Is my understanding correct.
2. If I reset the lot cancellation will I get back the SPRQ status?
3. In which case does this status SPRQ will displayed in the lot? Is there any config in place.
4. Currently i notice the batch stock is not available in system anymore.
5. How do i check the lot cancellation material document
6. I don't see any UD for my lot. I hope the lot got cancelled before UD so that SPRQ status is missing is that right?
7. What needs to be done to bring back the status SPRq for the lot?

Can we update the control limits automatically after each results are recorded?
Means after result recorded for each inspection lot automatically system should update control limits in background. Is there anyway we can do this?

Hi All,
I have a issue in Inspection lot status.
I see for those inspection lots which are cancelled it has status for I0203(SPRQ) as X which is inactive in table TJ02T. Rest other status are active.
Is that due to the reason that lot cancelled? because i don't see I0203 inactive for active lots.
Can anyone please clarify me when the system status of the inspection lots are updated as inactive in the respective table-TJ02T?

Hi experts,
I want to know at what circumstances the field LS_VBELN (delivery) is filled for inspection lot in table QALS. I tested a scenario where Inbound delivery with HU was created for PO and then posted GR for the Inbound delivery, then inspection lot got created but the delivery number was not assigned, the field QALS-LS_VBELN was blank.
Please tell me why the inspection lot is not getting delivery number.

Hello QM Gurus,
I have never worked on a LIMS to SAP interface before.
But currently, i am working on one such interface where results of Physical Sample are to be transferred from LIMS (CCLASS) to SAP through MII (Middleware).
This LIMS system doesn't have or work based on inspection lots. It only has creates samples, assign a plan and MIC.
So, I have a made a development so that SAP creates the same physical sample number as that of LIMS.
Now, I need to populate the results in SAP by getting the results of the sample from LIMS.
The LIMS system will just send the Physical Sample number, MIC and its corresponding results.
So which RFC Function Module or BAPI should I use to transfer these results through MII?
Is there any standard solutions for it? What settings, Master data or configuration should i specially maintain for this scenario?
Also, I tried using BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS. But this BAPI is asking for Inspection Lot number which the LIMS doesn't have and will not send.

Our client want when they are rejecting an inspection lot and doing stock posting from quality to blocked stock a new inspection lot should get generated for the material posted to blocked stock.
As the rejected material would be rectified by the vendor and again this should be inspected and UD should be conducted with the inspection lot generated for accepting and posting to UR stock
But they don't want to do with t code MB1B. They want this should be done in QA11 only.
So please tell me can I do any customizing setting for movement type 350 or any thing else.

Hello,
I have never worked in the module QM before. Today a client had an issue (post-upgrade) about the serial number not being displayed in stock movement.
More details:
Transaction QA32, I put my material number and execute
I select the required line and click Usage Decision
Previously, the stock location was MMMK.
I now change it to MMAT and put 1 in the field to be posted (to unrestricted use)
I put A0 for the UD code and save.
Now I check the stock overview in the transaction MMBE:
Select the line MMAT and choose Material Movements
I double-click on the required line to display the material document
The problem is here. In the tab Serial Numbers, the Serial Number is empty.
In the previous system (before upgrade), it was like that:
I'm having trouble to find where is the link between the Serial Number and Stock Movement.
I hope I am clear enough for some of you to understand. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you have.
Grateful if someone could shed some light on this issue so that I know towards what direction I should continue my analysis.

We are working on Vendor evaluation based on parameters
Quality (40%)Price(25%)delivery (25%)Service (10%).Now we observer that in case Quality lot is not made being Quality not activated then system will shift quality weightage to other parameters as Price (41.7%) delivery (41.7%)and service(16.7%) and Quality as zero which is very logical as Quality lot is not made so there is no fault of Vendor, Now my main concern is that how the system is distributing the parameters from Quality to other parameters
Which will of course depend upon some input may be in SPRO like some keys. I will be highly thankful you can provide me some document with example how this is affected. I have tried to find documents in NET but not find specific example. For your reference I have attached screen shots also.
