I want to export long Text data for some 500 Quality Notifications.
Presently I am going to T-Code QM11 and copying every quality notification long text and pasting it in excel.
Is there any alternative way to perform this operation.
Because extracting the data for so many notifications will take an ample lot of time.

We are using Dynamic Modification rule in inspection plan for skipping inspection lot randomly, now we want that changing inspection plan or deleting the inspection plan of the inspection plan which is having modification rule can be restricted by authorisation.
However inspection plan without dynamic modification rule can be changed by anyone.
Can you guide us, how to achieve this if based on some auth object, If not possible by auth object, what is the most suitable way to do this or any user exit..

Hi Experts,
We are creating inspection lot through qa01 and then recording the results & do User decision. While creating the qa01 we specify vendor code in its origin tab. But now after one month if we want to see the vendor wise inspection approved lots report in mcvb,mcva, mcvc then
system gives the message as no data found.
Kindly confirm me why its so & how to get the vendor code wise inspection lot approved figures.

Quantity Interval 10 EA on operation details screen.
now my question 1.when i am making production order of 5 ea why system is making inspection lot?
2. when i am making production order of 40 ea system is not making four inspection lot?

Hello SAP QM gurus,
I have one issue of In process inspection related with maintenance of PRT. The detail is as follows.
I have an inspection plan for SFG (Semi Finished Goods) with 15 parameters to check. For production of this SFG material we are using a Production Resource Tool (PRT). After 2000 pieces of SFG production the PRT is to be taken out for maintenance. I have maintenance plan for this PRT and system gives me maintenance order after every 2000 pieces of SFG production.
My client wants to check the 15 parameters of SFG just before and after of PRT maintenance. After the PRT maintenance and when the production is OK then for every next lot client wants to check only 3 critical parameters and to skip remaining 12 parameters. How to map this scenario?
Will the DMR (Dynamic Modification Rule) be effective in this case, or else any workaround ?

Hi Team,
Created a lot of inspection for a material which had not assigned an inspection plan. The status of the lot is CRTD-CHCR-SPRQ. For the material was created an inspection plan, but efforts to change the lot does not determine that the inspection plan, delivering the message "No inspection plan could be found." What can be done?
This is for Gr for Purchase orders only.
When I created the Inspection Lot manually using QA01, with same vendor (01 insp type) its working good.
All the below conditions are good:
Check the key date on the inspection lot. (QA02). Make sure it is the current date. It must be later then the date you created the plan on.
- On the spec page of the lot look at what type of usage the lot is asking for. Make sure the plan you created has the same usage.
- Make sure the plan is released and double check that the material is assigned to the plan.
- Make sure the UOM in the plan is the same UOM as the material in the lot.
- Make sure there are not any quantity limitations in the plan. (rare, not a lot of places change inspection plans based on inspection lot sizes) .

I did maintain inspection type 10 in this material but while i would like to create the inspection lot manually.
I try to create manual inspection lot manually , i encounter this error with Inspection lot origin 89.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message no. QA280
An active inspection type for the material 1XXXXXXX in plant XXXX could not be found for the specified origin 89 or none of the available inspection types was selected.
Inspection lots cannot be created.
Check the inspection type setting in the material master.
Is there anything which i missing ?

Can someone in simple English give me the business reason to have Q level change at lot creation level and at UD level. In what cases would one use either of them ? I have read the help and know how to configure in the system but need the business reason to chose one or the other. Please dont send me the link to help or to past posts which speak about how to create DMR rules in the system.

I am in a project where we want that not all users can modify an inspection plan, maybe modify values from inspection characteristics, but they won't be able to erase an operation from a inspection plan created before.
How can i do it?
I already tried with transaction PFCG with the Q_ROUT ,I put the activity only 02 modify. But it is not working. And also there is a user assigned but it seems that is not working?

And how do you keep track of who is the reason?

i have a big question!!!
I have to include scrap rate in order to guarantee that the MRP generate suggestions that consider the high scrap of my production processes.
The best solution is including Assembly scrap rate in MRP1, but unfortunately this cause problem in QM01 when I have to create a QP ( Production Quality Notification ).
The problem is because we launchProduction Order of1 and SAP doesn't allow me to create QP of a non integer QTY
ES:
Prod.Ord=1
Assembly scarp rate=100%
When i have to do a QP i have a complaint qty of 0,5 due to a scrap of (100%=0,5)
But the sistem doesn't allow me to generate a QP for such a fractional qty.
Any solution to force the creation of a QP of a non integer qty of other ideas?
Please help me, i know you certainly can!!!

We use CWBQM transaction to change inspection plan/ multipple spec. As of now we have not implemented change number functionality at inspection plan level. So we don't use change number to change an inspection plan, but because of miscommunication/misunderstanding one of user use change number to delete one of MIC from an inspection plan at CWBQM.
Now if we want to do any change to this particular plan then system force to enter change number.
Now we have requirement to change text at "material task list assignment" tab. If we do any change using change number then system create one more entry with different valid from date (change number). Here first system trigger error CZCL014 "no valid material-routing allocation exist for xxxxxx". If continue system display with one more entry which is duplicate record in MAPL and at time of save trigger runtime error.
Have you ever faced this error? How to change text in "material task list assinment tab" using change number?

we want to reverse inseption lots.
i search and found the program attached to the 175842sap note and implemented it.
but when i run and insert inseption lot , the prodram show this message :
"good movements not possible in mvmt type 322"
i search and find this answer :
to "activate" an existing SAP user exit (SAP function EXIT_SAPMQEVA_008, Include ZXQEVU10, Include LXQEVF10). Activating this function causes a new button (Reset Usage Decision) to appear on the toolbar of the QA12 transaction. This means everyone who has authorization to perform QA12 activities also has the ability to reset the usage decision on an inspection lot.
i do this and copy the include LXQEVF10 to ZXQEVU10 and active this include, but dont have any reset button on qa12 again!
also i dont have qm68 transaction in my system,what can i do to reverse inseption lots?

I have a scenario -" raw materials coming in drum or other container, out of the total lot size system consider square root of (n+1) for calculating no of drums for sample and then from each sample drum they pick 50 ml or 100 ml ( fixed).
How to map this. I tried this with sample drawing procedure with P2 in formula, but its not working.
Please let me know the steps
