User accidentally posted to scrap

Dear All,

 

user accidentally posted a product 1,000 carton to scrap. Is there any t-codes to move it back to Unrestricted use?

I have try to use return delivery in MIGO doesn't work.

Mutiple specification : FM to get customer or country specific characteristics results from CWBQM

Hi All,

 

I am trying to get record from CWBQM transaction code where user record results for multiple specification (country/customer etc) for material.

 

My requirements is to get only those characteristics record (for specification) which have been recorded using CWBQM  transaction code.

 

Currently i have inspection lot for which certificate profile (material + customer combination) has been maintained and i am getting all characteristics from QCVM table.

 

I already validate the tables QAMVRMS and  QCVM table but did not get any results.

 

Could anyone suggest  BAPI or FM or class object or table to get specification specific(customer/country etc) characteristcis results only.

Status Change in Status Profile QM_P_001

Hi

 

I have used status profile QM_P_001 in Quality info record.  It woks fine as i expected. But i have some query related to this profile provided by SAP.

 

1. Only Object type Q-info is included here and none of status don't have any Business Transaction, then how the status of Quality info record updated on the UD of the inspection lot.

 

2. What should i have to to in the system to get the status of 0005 and 0006 as per the  attached screen shot.

error message Q-Info record missing for supplier when trying to release production order

hello all

I am relatively inexperienced in QM so I am asking for your help.

when releasing a production order, we get a message stating that a quality info record is not available for this supplier.

the quality inforecord does exist tho.

the material has the quality view active and inspection setup is active as well.

the purchasing inforecord for this combination of material/vendor/plant does not exist.

what are we missing?

Documents in the inspection lot withe EHP6?

I know with the EHP give´s a solution to create a document type with a object link to inspection lot.

QA11 stock postings to reserve VMENGE05 - message M7042

Witam,

 

Configuration:

1. SPRO->Quality Management->Basic Settings->Maintain Settings at Plant Level

On tab "InsLot completation" default storage location fro reserves = X

 

2. SPRO->Quality Management->Quality Inspection->Inspection Lot Completion->Define Inventory Postings

ForVMENGE05 (To reserve samples) movement 350 is assigned.

 

Step to reproduce:

QA11->Inventory postings - quantity for reserves = 1 and storage loc = X (from configuration 1)

After save I get message M7042 "Batch & does not exist".

 

In this storage loc X (destination sloc), batch doesn't exist, because I just want to move from source sloc material to sloc x using mov 350.

I want in QA11 change storage location and post to blocked in same time. 350 move is used for this purpose.

 

Mov 350 in OMJJ has shkzg = S, I don't know why in debbug I have m-shkzg = h

It looks that systme want to take from sloc X not to post there.

 

What I have to check to move reserves in QA11 from QM to BLOCKED with change storage location.???

 

....on systeme with EHP5 everything is ok, I have compared OMJJ for mov 350 in both systems, and everything is this same.

 

 

Message occurs in this place:

Post to Sample Usage during UD- wrong posting

Hi,

 

When I try to perform stock posting to Sample Usage(MVT331) for 04 Inspection Type via Tcode QA11, the costs are charged as part of the production order and not the cost center which is specified in the Plant setting. Our requirement is to ensure that this is absorbed into the QA cost center.

 

I tried to change the MVT to 201 but am still getting the same result.

 

Would appreciate if you could share how you would handle such case. Thank you.

Control point assigned in task list does not seek the sample process information with control point via matchcode in the operation plan.

In the control plan header, task list was awarded the PLKOD-SLWBEZ field the control point (100 point-free control), QP01 transaction and the sample process was created with the free control point QDWV-KZPKTPP in QDV1 transaction and next procedure is to insert the example process in the synthesis of the operating characteristics. But when you click on PLMKB-STICHPRVER field matchcode operation not seek the table PLMKB date. The error is not to bring information processes that are with the flag in QDWV-KZPKTPP

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please, someone had the same problem and can help me.


Few Charecteristics missing in the print of COA

Hi Friends,

 

I am facing one issue, where QM COA is not getting two of characteristics(MICs) out of 8 from the Inspection Plan of Material for which one of Inspection Lot is having issue,

 

I have checked

 

1. All characteristics from Inspection plan are assigned to certificate profile and Material assigned to Profile.

2. All characteristics are results recorded and status 5 Closed.

 

Please let me know any other settings need to be checked.

Long Term inspection with DMR rule

Hello,

 

Currently I'm working on implementing DMR rule at char level. Now my issue is DMR rule for char with Long term inspection.

 

We have few chara which are set for long term inspection, so business do result recording after UD. Now issue is business wants DMR rule to set for char which are set as long term char.

 

So in this scenario I'm doing UD first and Result recording later, but system is not updating quality level when we do result recording after UD.

 

Normally system update quality level when you do at UD, but our business wants if chara is long term with DMR then system should update quality level to SKIP/ inspection even we do result recording after UD.

 

Has anyone of you have faced this issue? How to tackle this?

Q-Notification Task Status Profile (Position)

Hi All,

 

I have created new status profile(Image below) for task by copying standard status profile QM_T_001. I have few questions regarding this:

 

1. User requirement is to display two user status(E.g. INIT ACC) for task, same as system status display(E.g. OSNO NOTI). While creating status profile I maintained Position for second status to be displayed as 2 but when I saved, it automatically defaults to 1 and greyed out. Please suggest how to assign position other than 1.

 

2. If question 1 answered then second is, for existing status profiles I can't change the position entries as they are already greyed out. Only way seems is to delete all and start from beginning but for that it needs reassignment of business transaction and whole thing could be time consuming.

Unable to save results recording in QE11

Hi experts,

 

I am unable to save the results recording through QE11. I am able to enter the result against the first operation of calibration order. While saving, a "confirmation prompt comes with whether you want to save this operation". If I say YES, the system is not allowing me to save.

 

Please provide with your valuable comments.

Defects recording: Notification status DLFL

Hi;

 

I need some info regarding quality notifications created automatically during defects recording.

My understanding of process is:

Notifications are created during results recording (i.e. when valuation is done) but only for “out of spec” results.

After taking Usage Decision, notifications are automatically completed (NOCO).

 

I’ve analyzed yesterday’s notifications and found that only one of the +/-180 were also assigned with status DLFL.

Notification system status: NOCO DLFL DEFR

Inspection Lot system status: UD PASG CCTD CALC RREC DEF STIC ICCO MSUB SUB SPRQ SPCO CLQM CLAS STUP

 

Why was DLFL (Deletion Flag) set only for this specific notification?

QM - Sapscript / Smartforms

Hi Experts,

 

I would like to know how Sapscript or Smartform is added to QA11 or Qa32 transaction codes. I searched on the internet & could not find the way or step-by-step process on doing this. With some information gathered, I came to know in SPRO there needs to be follow up action done. I am not sure how to do that as well. Can anyone guide with procedure or step-by-step documents? this will help a lot. If you require any details, please let me know.

Defect class during Result recording

Hi;

 

I need help with regards to Defect class recording during result processing (QE01).

My scenario:

When an “out of spec” result is recorded, a Defect class of “02” defaults (after valuating and closing inspec charac) and a Notification is generated.

It then becomes necessary to update the Defect class using 2 options:

  1. 1) QF02: Double click on item and change Defect class to “03” OR
  2. 2) QE01: Activate menu “Settings / Defect class on”. Then select the Inspec charac (which has status “5” - Processing is completed) and “Put in process” and then “Valuate” it. A pop-up window will appear and Defect class can be changed to "03".

 

I’ve noted the following:

When using option 2, the Defect class is updated to “03” in results screen (QE01) as well as QF02, but a new notification is created. The original notification will be closed (NOCO) automatically.

 

When using option 1, the Defect class on results screen (QE01) does not update to “03” and keeps the original Defect class. However, Notification will be updated.

 

Does anyone know of a setting or note that will ensure changes to Defect class using QF02 will also update to QE01?

KEY DATE in Inspection Lot

Hi QM gurus,

 

I am facing an issue related to key date in the inspection specifications tab of Inspection lot.

 

The inspection plan for my material(inspection type - 01) is created way back on 23rd May 2013 but the operations and MIC were created on 21st July 2015.

Now, when i do GR for this material, an inspection lot is being generated but it is not showing in QE51N.

 

I checked the key date in the inspection lot and it is same as the material revision level date.

But the actual system should generate this key date as the current date.

 

This problem is coming only for this material and for all the other materials the key date is same as the inspection lot created date.

 

Our user wants to record the usage decision only through QE51N.

 

Can anyone of you suggest why this revision level is being pulled and that too for only this particular material ?!!

I have created new Partner determination procedure and then I created new partner function Plant and assigned Partner type WK(Plant) to it. Now I am trying to assign this Partner function to Partner Determination Procedure, I am getting error and partner function is not displaying in drop down too,

Please suggest.

'Sample'/Pooled sample/ 'Physical Sample'

Respected,

 

I have some work experience in fabrication industry and having procurement inspection with Plates,Bolts & Nuts.

 

We receive Bolts in gunny bags and carry out the receiving inspection.

 

Ex:up to 5000 bolts we take 5 bolts(5 sample units /5 samples ) and carry out  characteristics inspection.Generally we call as '5 samples'.

 

Head A/f- 5 (S.procedure) x1pc(sample unit)  =5pc

Head a/c-5 x1 pc=5pc

Thickness-5x1pc=5pc------ In this case we take 5pc(5 samples) as Total sample size

 

In SAP,it is noting  "Pooled sample"&"Physical samples" in more areas.Please guide me here if 5000 bolts received in 10 bags(10x500no's) in terms of QPV2.


Very Important this basic guidance will be much more helpful for learning SAP QM further.
