I am try to create QM order for notification, I have used this function couple of times in my previous projects.
But it is really annoying me this time around.
I have set the bits in IMG,
* KOT2 for my order type copy of QN01.
* Maintained the costing parameters by Plant... ( costing variant PPP3 )
* Acc agmnt for QM order with Business area.
Still it is popping message KO119 ( Order type does not exist ).
Any guess.

Hi Team,
Normally we used to assiged TASK in QM notification to responsible person and once taks is assigned,a email is trigger ( as workflow is there).
However can we manitain the group id ( which contain 8/10 email id) and assign the task to group id..?
Please help on this with details step on how to create this common group and what needs to be done.

I need some help with MIC’s.
I have an actively used MIC assigned to QM plan / Reference operation set. The MIC uses a Class characteristic and is set as “Reference characteristic” and Quantitative. The Class characteristic is linked to Variant config tables.
One of the control indicators were initially set incorrectly and only became known recently:
Upper Specification Limit was set instead of Lower Specification Limit
I have tried various methods to try and change the indicator, without success – including:

I would like to know if is possible assign a Inspection Plan (QO01) to DMS Document (CV01N)?
In DMS configuration (DC10) I can define a several object links, but I can't find a specific link to "Inspection Plan".
Can anybody help-me?

i am facing issue with multiple specifications.I have done required configuration.And i have done settings in engineering workbench.when i created manual lot.In inspection lot while trying to assign tasklist/spec i am getting no inspection plan could be found.Can some one please suggest.

I am having trouble in quality notification.
I have created a QM order for a quality notification.
But when I create an initial inspection lot in the notification, the QM order does not get assigned to the inspection lot.
Could someone help me out here?

Hi all,
I have got an "issue" when I'am creating a QM notification from an outbound delivery.
I have created my delivery and change manually the adress of the "ship to party" in the oubtound delivery. When I'am creating my QM notification the adress is the one of the customer master data and not the one from the outbound.
Is-there any solution to manage this point?

we performed a GR for some serialized material: all the serial numbers have been entered.
the stock is in quality restriction and has to undergo a usage decision.
when performing the usage decision (QA32 or QA11) the serial numbers are not defaulted like I expect them to be.
what can be the problem?

Can someone please explain the rule in the attached. We are expecting the quality level to change after 364 days to stage 70 but we are receiving in lots and the stage is not switching and staying at 60. Is there something i am missing here as to why it is not switching.
The idea was that on or after 364 days the next lot in would open for full inspection and this would be required every year. But it appears lots after 364 are not opening?

Hi All ,
I am creating inspection lots with SKIP status of 01 inspection type. Lot is getting generated correctly. But after the MIGO sock moves to unrestricted directly whereas the lot is also created with SKIP status. On running QA10 , UD is made and auto stock posting is done. But there is no actual effect on stock because stock moves to unrestricted immediately after MIGO.
Am I missing anything. "Post ot insp. stock" is check in material master.

In Notification customizing, action box, I have set my action item as "only executable once". But if, for any reasons, an error occurs during the process, I can't relaunch it because the item is now in gray. Is there any way (even in abap) to be sure that the item will be in gray only if the process succeed.

I have been asked by a client can we do a dynamic modification rule based on a process order in the inspection plan. So currently they release the process order with no batch and then we create a new batch and 04 inspection lot per each Goods receipt after that. There can be up to 10 different batches in the one order. We can't change this way of working as each goods receipt is a different tank and they need to inspect each tank and certify each tank. They are saying that they only need to do a micro test on the first batch of the process order so they are asking is there anyway this can be completed.

Within SAP Quality Issue Management, note 1951329 have been implemented which allows multiple values to be selected and returned to the SAP QIM UI element. This functionality works for all Reference object types in QIM (i.e. functional locations, equipment, material etc..). It how ever does not work for the Generic object type IAMGOJ GeneralObject.
We have created a custom generic object with a search help to return values (all acording to note1820834 Option B). Everything so far is working except the search help for this object does not allow multiple value selection.
Without creating a custom webdynpro application for the search. Should the Multiple value selection work for the General object type IAMGOJ.

I came across this store business document option in Qc51 , but i came to know this is an archive link rather than storing in content server.

I am creating an inspection lot but entries are not getting filled in table QASH .Though all master data seems to be proper like in control indicator SPC characteristic has been selected , sampling procedure used is of fixed sample type .But still when I am creating an inspection lot entry is not coming in table QASH?
Are there any other condition which leads to an entry in table QASH ?

Hi,
I need to create a certificate which is inspected in one plant and shipped from another.
Business case:
The product is produced in plant 1, then shipped with stock transport order to plant 2 which is a warehouse managed by an external partner.
The product is shipped with outbound delivery from plant 2 to the customer.
The product is batch managed.
I transfer the inspection results in plant 1 to batch classification (class 023 which is client specific).
Problem:
I can create a certificate for the batch in plant 2 using transaction QC22 which displays all values from the batch classification. However, when i create a certificate for delivery using transaction QC20, the value are not dispalyed.
Any tips of how to get this to work?
