Create Q3 Notification during F1 Creation

Hello Experts,

I have one requirement.

My Client wants while creating F1 Notification, Q3 Notification also created automatically.

Right now they create Q3 Notification after F1 create Manually.

But they want during  F1 notification (Customer Complaints )  creation , Complaints value enter and save,

Q3  create automatically  and save all values with new Q3 Notification number in respective table.

For this what i need to do in ABAP side for fulfill this requirement.

Please guide me hoz its possible
