Automatic valuation in inspection lot

Hi QM guys,

I struggle with QM and couldn't find a good solution on my own. Maybe you can help me with the scenario I have:

I have product where I assigned Inspection Type 04 & 09 to the Material Master Data. Inspection 04 is w/o 100% Inspection. My inspection lot will be created with the release of the process order.

I have created a inspection plan for the product, there is no "inspection point" or "Sampling drawing procedure" maintained, because I wirk w/o a physical sample. Than I have entered two characteristics ( one quantitative charc. and one qualitiative charc.). For each I created a special "sampling procedure".

1. "Quantitaitve" with following setting:

100 Fixed Sample Size

700 Mean value with toleranze range

Without inspection point is flagged

Sample Size = 5

Control Indicator:

Single result is flagged

Optional characteristic is flagged

2. "Qualitative" with following settings:

100 Fixed Sample Size

100 Attr. inspec. nonconfirming units

Without inspection points is flaged

Sample Size = 5

Acceptance number = 5

Control indicator:

Single result is flagged

Optional characteristic is flagged

Becuse within my inspection plan I want to have the option to maintain 5 results if needed. But if I only have one result, because after the first analyze the product is fine, the system should run the automatic valuation as well.

So my issue is, when I entering 5 results the automatic valuation, Status 5 is set by the system automatically, will be executed. But when I just entered one result than I have to execute the valuation, manully.

Are my control indicators wrong? Is that not possible in SAP? Please give me notice!

Thanks a lot.
