Operation Master

We are working in a Project, where the client wants

1. To put the operation in the inspection plan and that automatically the master characteristics are created, for my understanding is kind of a master operation, in the master operation you defined the characteristics you want to copy, do you know a standard or not standard way to do it

2. Also they want to create the inspection points automatically for example when they create the fabrication order
