Our Company data missed in SAP IDES system

Hi friends,

 

In our SAP IDES ECC 6.0 EHP 5 system some data had missed(some plants had missed) in 800 client, I checked 000 client here also no data..we don't have any backup. If I download the IDES from market place, then is it possible to get entire data of 000 & 800 clients. Could you please any one help me how to get our data back..

Hi,

   I am getting error 'A CQCL                 008 Inspection characteristic cannot be uniquely assigned to one operation' while executing the BAPI BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE.'

   Kindly suggest what can be the solution to this problem.

Cannot UD Inspection Lot Due to Batch Inconsistency

Hi Experts,

 

I am having an issue where I cannot do Usage Decision to my inspection lot, due to a wrong batch number keyed in to the lot.

 

Background:

When warehouse performed the GR, they keyed in the Vendor Batch number in both 'Batch' and 'Vendor Batch' fields in the MIGO screen. During this period, the Lot created is having a status CRTD CHCR SPRQ, meaning there is no quality plan yet. After the creation of Quality Plan, QM tried capturing the plan into the existing lots, however, they noticed the batch number was deleted. Unfortunately, when they keyed in the batch number again, they indicated a wrong batch number.

 

Now, our stocks is located in Batch A, but in the inspection lot, its searching for stocks in Batch B. As such, we are getting deficit error since no stocks were found in Batch B (Inspection Lot batch).

 

Currently, the Inspection Lot is having the status INSP DEF SPST (Inspection active, Defects were recorded, Stock posting started). However, there is no goods movement documented for this lot so far. This restricts us in performing other options.

 

Currently I have tried the following:

1. Cancelling the GR, to delete the inspection lot, and do returns delivery, but getting error message: You cannot cancel GR, since inspection lot is already partly posted.

2. Post Returns Delivery directly in MIGO (mvt type 22) but getting error message: Change the inspection stock of material **** in QM only.

3. Move stocks from Batch to Batch (mvt type 309), but this option is only possible for unrestricted use stocks.

4. Move QI stocks to QI stocks (mvt type 323Q) but getting error message: Change the inspection stock of material **** in QM only.



My question is:

Why were there instances that the batch is deleted when calling a task list group in the inspection lot? I tried the same case, but cannot simulate the deleted batch.

Is there any way to reverse the status SPST? This may possibly allow us to perform cancellation of GR.

new inspection lot after SPCO status

We are creating an inspection with "early lot creation" option. Later we post partially stock (1000 KG) to process order. That stock is posted against Inspection lot-1 for batch-1. So businedd do inspection and post stock from QI to UNR. So system update status SPCO(Stock posting completed) but we haven't made UD and still production is under progress.

 

Next day business post again 1000 KG to same process order and same batch number, but system creates new inspection lot for same batch-1. Can we stop system to creating new inspection lot for same batch and process order combination? Per our requirements system should updated new stock to excisting insp lot instead of creating new one.

 

I have tried all different options of "Control InspLot" but in all cases system does create new lot once SPCO status has been set.

Getting Error User Status DPND is active

Hi Experts,

 

 

I am getting error User Status DPND is active ,  during saving User Decision.

I am getting this error only If i am doing Defect recording in QE01.

 

Without Defect Recording there is no error ....

 

Plz let me know what is this error & how to resolve it ?

Outstanding Long-Term & Short-Term Characteristics

Hi all,

 

In QA32 there are Number of outstanding long-term & short-term characteristics, and according the information within F1 help, only if no short-term characteristics are open, the usage decision for the inspection lot can be made. However, I have several inspection lots which have already been made UD with outstanding short-term characteristics, please refer to following screenshot:

Prevent Usage Decision if Goods issue not done

Dear Team ,

 

Can , you please assist , if can we prevent the UD , if goods issue has not been done .

 

Client  Scenario ,

They need to activate Batch derivation at Usage Decision ,

This is working fine , But a Pre-requisite is that the GI has to be done before Usage Decision , Then only batch derivation works , Else Batch derivation doesnt work during UD .

Mass upload of Inspection plan

Business want a tool which will be helpful to them to mass upload the contents of the inspection plan.

 

For example , If there are  four inspection plan with the name GA ,GB , GC and GD and each with group counter 1 .

So the requirement is that business will alter the sequence of MIC in an operation of a group  and upload it into a new group counter say 2.

 

There are lots of such inspection plan in which the sequence has to be altered .So they need a tool in which they can alter the sequence and also upload to the new group counter .Is there any solution to fullfill their requirement ?

movement type from restricted to block

I have a scenario of Deadline Monitoring, in which one the material date get expired it went to restricted stock and from there directly to block stock..So which movement type should i used for such scenario.We used presently QA05 T-Code.

Inspection  of Environment (air sampling) and water quality on daily basis.

 

I thought of creating a background job for a manual inspection lot on daily basis.

 

Another thought is to create a maintenance schedule for daily inspection.

Integration with EWM-Inspection lot not getting created

Hi,

 

Inspection lot not getting created after GR is done.

The scenario is Storage location is connected to external warehouse management,so after the GR is done in the legacy system via interface it is updated in ECC.so while checking the material document inpection lot is not created.

 

Can anyone please tell me the necesaary check points and integeration steps  between WM and QM in this case .

Dock material to stock if material has no issue with quality

Good morning guys,

I have just started with QM, so please kindly guide me.

 

We have materials that are being activated to Inspection.

 

So we when to MM02 and added the inspection type 01-Goods Receipt Insp. for Purchase Order, then after that, QDL2 and we have created the Quality level by material and plant, at this time, without vendor code, and in the field Next stage we have the value 0001- SPAP.

 

That said, after some inspections, material has a huge level of accuracy and we don´t want to continue to check, so, what to do to change this behavior and we want now to Dock this mateiral to stock directly.

Does anyone can help me to understand what to do ?

 

Shold I go to MM02 and uncheck the "active" in the inspection type ? or change the settings of Inpection type within material master?

Remove stock from Inventory after UD reversal

Hi,

 

I had performed GR from Purchase Order of 90kg. (Material Document with movement 101 with 90kg  and Inspection Lot generated)

Later performed Adjust Quantity in Insp. Lot at QAC1 to 100kg. (Material Document with movement 101 with 10kg generated and quantity added to Insp Lot)

UD is performed with 100kg

 

I would like to cancel 100kg from inventory due to some reason(wrong quantity entry n etc.)

Thus, I performed UD reversal with OSS note program.

I performed cancellation of material document at MIGO.

 

The issue start here.

 

The material document cancelled but only consists of 90kg

I'm not able to cancel material document of 10kg.

Hit an error as following

 

Change the inspection stock of material in QM only

 

Fyi, previously use return delivery (movement 122). Now management does not allow due to it is not a return.

May I know how can I remove 10kg from inventory?

Exclude one storage location from recurring inspection

Hi All,

 

      Is it possible to exclude one storage location from recurring inspection? As i have already referred the below post for the same.

Inspection type 06(customer returns) is not allowing result record and UD

I am facing a problem from past 5 days that system is not allowing me to record result for inspection type 06 as i have maintained

1. Inspection plan from usage 06

2.assigned task list usage 06 in ispection type 06(see pics)

3.Material master qm settings for inspection type 06

 

but still when lot is forming it is not allowing me to record result

1.If i purchase same material from different vendors then how to implement ?

Assignments are deleted in transaction QC16 but still the same assignments are visible in transaction QC02

The deleted assignments are visible in QC03 (Display certificate Profile ) Transaction.

 

My req. is how these deleted assignments are visible in QC03.

in which table the assignments are stored.
