I have assigned PDF form with the shop paper in the transaction OiD1 but its still picking up the sapscript PM_COMMON. Could You Please help as what needs to be done so that it can pick up the PDF form which i have asigned in the last column of Tcode OID1 or OIDf transaction.

I'm the main data guy people come to in my facility and I just got an urgent request from our QC department asking if I would know how to obtain the timestamps for some of the inspection lot system statuses... Namely, how to get the difference in time between system status PRII (Inspection instruction printed) and system status RREC (results confirmed). Please understand I do not have access to core system tables, only to SAP transactions (such as QA33). Currently, I can only see the timestamps in a log type format for one given inspection lot at a time, by clicking on Status History within an inspection lot and then clicking the relevant status. I can see a log entry with the timestamp so I know the data is maintained somewhere. But I would need it in a report type format where multiple inspection lots and their timestamps are shown at once, so that data analysis can be performed. Is there a transaction I can use to get this data or is the only way for an end user to see the relevant timestamps to click on an individual inspection lot and view its status history? Is there no way to get it in a many at once (date range or other criteria driven, for example) format, with a timestamp for each status?
I'm thinking the only way is for an SAP administrator to go directly into the core tables to retrieve the relevant data, and no way for me using SAP transactions to acquire and download this data. Would that be accurate, or is there a transaction I can use? I hope I've explained the question appropriately, and would need an answer asap if anyone is available to help! Again, the core task is deriving the time gap between inspection lot system status PRII and inspection lot system status RREC. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Is there a way to setup a sampling procedure / scheme based on Product Age during Goods Issue or Pick for Delivery?
For Eg.
If Product A is Older then 24month and Less then 36months - It should be pressure tested prior to being delivered to customer
If Product A is Older then 36month - It should have it's seals replaced and pressure tested prior to delivery to customer.
Product A is considered new during goods receipt and its batch managed.
Sapling Rate is 100%.
So if QTY 10 is being delivered and they are Older then 36month all 10 would have their seals replaced and pressure tested.

For a inspection lot we completed Usage Decision & Stock is been posted to Unrestricted Stock via QA32. Current status of the lot is UD ICCO SPCO STUP.
No we found that, something went wrong in Decision Making and want to change the UD Code to rejected and Want to post the Lot to Blocked Stock.
I called Cancellation of Lot via QA12, after which lot status is changed to LTCA ICCO SPCO. I want to know what i achieved in SAP using by QA12.
What is the step to be followed further to change my UD to Rejected and move stock to SCARP.

Because of user mistake the UD is done via inspection lot but stock is not transfer to unrestricted. Will you please guide how I can move the stock from quality to unrestricted...
1) I have tried to transfer it via opening the inspection lot in QA32 but error message is UD is already done & not allow to reopen the inspection lot for modification. Status & Error screen shot is attached.
2) I have tried to transfer is via MB1B movement type 321 but error message appear as the this stock can be clear from inspection lot & not allow to move stock from quality to unrestricted.. Error screen shot is attached.. Please refer screen shot might give u hint...
Please guide me with proper solution to transfer the stock from quality stock to unrestricted stock.

When I tried to assign the inspection lot origin to inspection type, I got the runtime error as
"NO_ENTRY_IN_TQ31" raised
I have checked in TQ31 and inspection 14 is in there.
Any idea ?

I know that in standard we can assign same MIC more than once to same inspection plan/routing but as far as I remember system used to show warning message for this. But in our current system its not showing any message.

We use sampling scheme, but if we have one reject result in inspection characteristic we are required to sample 100% for the same inspection characteristic in the same inspection lot. How can we do this ?

is there any specific function module for inspection lot generation with 323 Mvt type, because in some cases user identifies that Inspection lot has been created with Material with wrong batch (this lot created through inbound delivery) and he will cancel the inspection lot since lot does not allow to change the Batch now what we are though of cancel the inspection lot and in that place new inspection lot should created with transfer posting Material to material process.
with this ,new inspection lot will be created with receiving material and new batch and it resides in Quality (323 Mvt type) so that user go head clear the inspection lot.
could you please suggest on this required.

Hi everyone!
I have a problem, when an Inspection Batch is created by MIGO Transaction, it's ok, it allows 5 results for each characteristic.
However, when Inspection Batch is created by QA01 transaction, the inspection batch is created wrong, it allows only 1 result for the characteristic.

For repeated inspection, I am using Inspection point scenario.
Whole process is running fine. Only problem is report.
I am developing a report but unable to find table containing inspection point data.
I have already tried QASE table, but its not getting updated.
In QAMR table data of only one inspection point is reflecting.
In which table I can find all results/data of Inspection point??
