Which BAPI and how to use it in order to modify results

Hello,

I need to enter the results of an Inspection Lot using an external program.

Below is a screenshot of QA32:

- The round circles show what I know;

- The arrow shows what I wish to modify;

I would appreciate some help on the following topics:

- Which BAPI to use;

- How to fill the BAPI;

- Does the BAPI need BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT after?
