QM Results recording -BADI/Exits needed

Hi Guys,

I need a BADI/Exit for result recording process.

The process goes as follows..

I will go to QE51N TCODE then record result for MICs then close the results.When i come back again and put any MIC to in-process stage again then it should give me a pop-up to enter the reason for changing the recorded result.

Please give me the BADI/Exit name if you have worked on this requirement.
