Discrepancy in MMBE after UD

Hi,

Discrepancy in MMBE after UD - MMBE stock is shown in Quality after 331 movements (UD) – QA11.

This is happening after upgrading to EHP6 from EHP4. Wrote to SAP and SAP suggested to implement OSS NOTE 1930161 - Stock inconsistencies in table MCHB for batches

The note is correcting the problem going forward, but how do we correct the existing inconsistencies in the system.
