QM Notification, Transfer UR to QI with function in action box

Hi expert,

I try to create notification with transfer Unrestricted to Inspection Stock(action box) then i save notification system throw this message below

No inspection lot could be created

Message no. QM162

Diagnosis

The inspection lot could not be created, because no inspection lot is maintained for this material for inspection type 08 (inspection at transfer posting).

Procedure

• Check in the material master (in the quality management view), whether inspection type 08 is maintained.
• Check whether an inspection plan is assigned to the material.

but i already to created inspection plan(03 Universal) and inspection type 08 is already maintained.

How i solve to this case.
