Assignments are deleted in transaction QC16 but still the same assignments are visible in transaction QC02

Hi Experts,

I have deleted some assignments from QC16( Change Certificate Profile Assignment ) Transaction.

The deleted assignments are visible in QC03 (Display certificate Profile ) Transaction.

My req. is how these deleted assignments are visible in QC03.

How can it possible.

in which table the assignments are stored.

Please help.
